Please Note

If your treatment is listed for a specific duration, the booking calendar will automatically allocate an additional 15 minutes. This ensures our team has the time to reset and prepare the treatment room to the highest standard for our next guest.

BOOK APPOINTMENT

At Ginger we value our time with you.

To help us manage our schedule and support our dedicated team, a 25% deposit is required for:

  • Group bookings (3+ people OR multiple treatments even for 1 person)
  • Appointments that have been rescheduled twice or more.

Deposits are fully transferable to a new date if you provide at least 24 hours notice.

We appreciate your understanding in helping us protect our staff’s time and ensuring we stay available for all our lovely clients ... you.
